Matt Grant of The Great British Pasty & Pie Co. – featured in a December 2014 issue of the Chronicle-Guide – recently returned from an international competition in Cornwall, England. He narrowly missed a top three finish by one point. Not bad for a mate who only took to cooking up the stuffed pastry pocket snacks less than two years ago.
